1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the solvynor.com website ("the Site"), published by SOLVYNOR, Casablanca, Morocco. By using the Site, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Description of services

The Site provides: • Free online tools (file conversion, generation, calculations, etc.) that run entirely in your browser. • A blog and news section on technology, AI, web development. • Custom technology engineering services for businesses (on quote).

3. Access

Access to the Site is free and requires no registration to use the tools. SOLVYNOR reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt access to the Site at any time, for maintenance or improvement, without prior notice and without compensation.

4. Use of free tools

You agree to use the Site tools in a lawful manner consistent with these Terms. The following uses are prohibited: • Illegal, fraudulent purposes or violation of third-party rights • Processing illegal content (copyright infringement, child sexual abuse material, hate speech incitement, etc.) • Attempting to alter, overload or bypass technical protection measures • Excessive automation (scraping, mass requests) that could degrade the service The tools process your files and data EXCLUSIVELY within your browser. SOLVYNOR stores no files, no personal text and no data processed by the tools.

5. Advertising

The Site is funded by advertising, notably through Google AdSense. Ads displayed are selected by Google. SOLVYNOR has no control over their specific content but undertakes to comply with Google advertising policies and to exclude inappropriate ads as far as possible. 6. Intellectual property

All original Site content (text, design, code, logo, articles, illustrations) is the exclusive property of SOLVYNOR or its licensors, and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, distortion or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site and its content, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement. You retain ownership of files and data you process with Site tools.

7. Informational content and warranty disclaimer

Information published on the Site (articles, guides, tool descriptions) is provided for general informational purposes. SOLVYNOR makes every effort to ensure its accuracy but cannot guarantee: • The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information • The absence of errors or omissions • Uninterrupted Site availability • Compatibility with all browsers and devices The tools are provided "as is". It is your responsibility to verify the results before any critical use (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOLVYNOR shall not be liable for: • Direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Site • User data loss (the tools store nothing server-side, save your results locally) • Errors made by third-party AI models used in AI tools (Groq, Google, Mistral, etc.) • Your use of results produced by the tools • Content of third-party sites we may link to You remain fully liable for your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. SOLVYNOR has no editorial control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content, policies or practices.

10. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read it.

11. Changes to the Terms

SOLVYNOR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one available on the Site at the date of your connection. Material changes will be notified to you by a banner on the Site.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco. For users residing in the European Union, mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence remain applicable.
