This policy explains how SOLVYNOR collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use solvynor.com and related services (free tools, blog, news). It applies in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data protection, and Google AdSense requirements.

2. Data we collect
We collect the following data: • Contact form data: name, email, phone, company, message — only if you provide it. • Technical data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, OS, pages visited, session duration, traffic source, language. • Files you process with our online tools: these files NEVER leave your browser. No server upload. We have no access whatsoever. • Cookies and identifiers: see our cookie policy for the full list.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes: • Respond to your requests via the contact form (legal basis: pre-contractual or consent). • Measure audience and improve the site (legitimate interest, or consent for Microsoft Clarity). • Display ads, personalized or not, via Google AdSense (legal basis: consent). • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, malicious use (legitimate interest). • Comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
SOLVYNOR is partly funded by Google AdSense advertising. Important things to know: • Google and its third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to SOLVYNOR and other websites. • Personalized Google advertising can be turned off at any time via: https://www.google.com/settings/ads • You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies via: https://www.aboutads.info/ • Google AdSense respects the Consent Mode v2 we have implemented: without consent only non-personalized ads are shown (or none at all in some jurisdictions). • Google may use the "DoubleClick DART cookie" to serve ads across the Google Display Network. 5. Partners and sub-processors
Your data may be shared with the following sub-processors, all contractually committed to GDPR compliance: • Vercel Inc. (hosting, CDN, cookie-less analytics) • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense) • Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity, optional after consent) • Resend Inc. (transactional email routing) • Groq, Google AI, Mistral, OpenRouter (AI models — only the text you submit to AI tools is forwarded, never any personal identifier) Your data is NEVER sold to third parties.
6. International transfers
Some sub-processors (Google, Microsoft, Vercel) host data in the United States. These transfers are made under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and in accordance with the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention
• Contact form data: 36 months after last interaction (then archived 3 years for evidence). • Aggregated analytics data: indefinite retention (anonymous). • Microsoft Clarity recordings: 30 days. • Server logs: 90 days. • Cookie preferences (consent): 13 months.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: • HTTPS (TLS) encryption on all pages • Hosting on a professional infrastructure (Vercel) • Access to data restricted to SOLVYNOR personnel • No local storage of user files (tools run in your browser) • Regular security audits
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the following rights: • Right of access: obtain a copy of your data. • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data. • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): request deletion. • Right to restriction: limit certain processing. • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format. • Right to object: refuse certain processing based on legitimate interest. • Right to withdraw consent at any time (for advertising, analytics, etc.). • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CNDP in Morocco, CNIL in France, ICO in the UK). 10. Minors
SOLVYNOR is not directed to persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data on minors. If you believe we have collected data of a minor, contact us for immediate deletion.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the site.
